In 2026 Vespa will be 80 years old and will celebrate them in Rome, from 25 to 28 June, in what promises to be the biggest celebration in the history of a legend.

Tens of thousands of passionate Vespisti are expected from all over the world, as is only natural because Vespa was the first to bring together young people from every country, united by their love of Vespa and the same values of beauty, elegance, joie de vivre and freedom.

Rome, the eternal city and great beauty, which has always been in the collective imagination the place that symbolises the dolce vita, has been chosen as the natural and ideal destination to celebrate the 80th anniversary of an icon that has never aged and has been able to reinvent itself over time to remain ever contemporary.

But it will not just be a celebration for enthusiasts, Vespa is in everyone’s collective memory, in everyone’s album of memories, and so Rome 2026 promises to be an extraordinary event that will go far beyond the passion for a unique vehicle.

From 25 to 28 June 2026, Rome will therefore experience four days of festivities and events, for Vespa riders but not only.

The complete programme will be unveiled this autumn.

Since 1946 Vespa has given a new lease of life to the world by spreading everywhere and uniting entire generations of girls and boys from distant and different cultures in a single passion. It has guided phenomena of customs, music, youth, accompanied countries and continents in their growth, made them run in phases of economic prosperity. Today it is a global brand, bearer of the values of technology, style and elegance.
